Interested in working with Luxgraphicus as an associate?

Luxgraphicus is a full service, graphic design and commercial photography provider. We develop corporate identity, design and manage the printing of promotional publications and materials, present business for the world wide web and other "new media" applications and produce custom photography to suit specific business requirements.
Through cooperation with and enpowerment of associates, Luxgraphicus provides quality and value to its clients as well as financial and lifestyle rewards to its owners and associates. It operates as a central creative hub with a network of associates providing design, production, marketing and support roles. We are always interested in meeting with new providers of both design services and marketing/client management services.
If you think you might be in a position to join our network of professionals we are keen to talk to you.

Marketing Associates

Working with Luxgraphicus will be a win/win situation for all associates. You will need to be a seperate business structure with ABN, insurance, office, communication and transport.
As the “front end” of the partnership your business represents all the associates. In addition to sales and marketing you will take on an account management role which will ensure clients are fully informed and happy with the progress and outcome of the work performed by all associates in the operation. This function will give clients a direct point of contact and provide opportunity for repeat and continuing business. Proactive involvement in the clients needs will mean acting to meet their requirements before they begin a search for businesses to service them.
In consultation with Luxgraphicus you will represent LG to potential clients. This may include lobbying for work, quoting on jobs, following up existing clients, checking progress on current jobs, following up completed jobs, networking with industry and client peers, amongst other things. LG will contract you for an agreed amount on each job quote accepted. You will invoice LG for all job quotes accepted. LG will pay your invoice following payment by the client for delivery of the agreed service or product.

Design Associates

Working with Luxgraphicus will be a win/win situation for all associates. You will need to be a seperate business structure with ABN, insurance, office, communication and transport.
Yours is the “bread and butter” role in the operation. The success of all associates will depend on the quality and timeliness of your work. When you accept a job order from LG you will be committing to complete the work as specified, on time and to the expected quality. This will be done in consultation with LG and the applicable marketing associate.
LG will contract your services for an agreed figure and will pay this amount when you have delivered the agreed service and supplied a tax invoice for the amount. All agreements with LG will be made in writing and work on offered assignments should not commence until offical confirmation of this agreement is received.
Generally speaking, copyright in work performed under these agreements will be transfered to LG on payment of your invoice. LG reserves the right to reproduce any such work for promotional purposes. LG may retain copyright or transfer it to the client when they pay the LG invoice.
