Design Associates

Working with Luxgraphicus will be a win/win situation for all associates. You will need to be a seperate business structure with ABN, insurance, office, communication and transport.

Yours is the “bread and butter” role in the operation. The success of all associates will depend on the quality and timeliness of your work. When you accept a job order from LG you will be committing to complete the work as specified, on time and to the expected quality. This will be done in consultation with LG and the applicable marketing associate.

LG will contract your services for an agreed figure and will pay this amount when you have delivered the agreed service and supplied a tax invoice for the amount. All agreements with LG will be made in writing and work on offered assignments should not commence until offical confirmation of this agreement is received.

Generally speaking, copyright in work performed under these agreements will be transfered to LG on payment of your invoice. LG reserves the right to reproduce any such work for promotional purposes. LG may retain copyright or transfer it to the client when they pay the LG invoice.
