Welcome to the Southern Cross & Miller Railway. Recently commenced, and bound to be ever in development, this project is a reflection of the eclectic and random fashion in which i like to approach non professional things. The overruling philosophy is that it should be fun, look nice, to my non railway historian eye, and not be bogged down by strict adherance to scale, prototype or the modelling philosophies of others.
Generally, a 45mm gauge layout, with a scale something in the region of 1:25, I hope to incorporate some approximations of local (Canberra) locos and stock ,where they are suitably old and industrial looking.
